All sales are final. Traxlate does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Exceptions may be considered only in rare cases where clear evidence shows that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a review, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or documentation.
